May 15, 2023 – TUPAD Orientation being conducted at the Alilem Multi-Purpose Center on May 15, 2023. The DOLE has approved the ninety (90) Farmers TUPAD beneficiaries endorsed by Mayor Velmor P. Sumabat for the program, in partnership with the Office of the Ilocos Sur 2nd Congressional District Congresswoman Kristine Singson-Meehan.
